The new billionaires have a love-hate relationship with nature and each other. Their wealth is based on the suppression and eradication of former common ethical assumptions. Wealth acquisition (and its proprietary hardware) itself is the new ideological bond– with content dis/agreements contracted in advance and displayed as fine royal china in proprietary settings. The new billionaires are explicitly ruthless by virtue of belonging; they wear their violator badges, their far and alt Right, neoliberal security state fear mongering, and their hand-wringing reluctant pragmatism badges all on their outdoorwear sleeves. Yellowstone anyone? Rugged individualists all.
A generation of tree huggers online, because time is running out, ice is wearing thin…Never would you see a cyber grab like the one thrown down on Capitol Riot Day. It would take remote coordinated networks to pull off and the private Facebook groups are kinda scary, when you think about the entrapment and blackmailing potential.
Let’s keep Donald Trump from virtualizing the U.S. further by keeping him out of the White House. Let’s also scrutinize Biden and other contenders on the tech investment-use issue as linked to policing/ criminal justice/ prisons; medicine and public health; education; culture, arts and activism; sports and athleticism; academia and intellectualim; ecology/energy, park/ lands management; science and technology; religion and spirituality; farming, food, nutrition, and culture; Indigenous water and land rights; fashion, beauty, and entertainment; and the built and virtual environments.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) precedes Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) tech, which supplies raw real-time human data streams to established AI systems. BCI in fashion-beauty-entertainment (FBE) can be explicitly coercive or go unnoticed. It depends on the situation. The link from FBE to innerware trafficking is now part of the spyware investigation.

Introduction
Most mainstream media and political AI Ethics discussions do not explain that the risk is brain-computer interface (BCI) tech feeding data to a voracious Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry. Why? BCI-AI is too lucrative. Decent well-informed citizens have gone over the tech edge and made bundles. Criticism abounds but they are defending technological disruption almost as a natural fact.
Problems remain enshrouded in gossip and scandals. BCI-AI criticism remains. This essay is part of that trend–speculative as it may be, I connect news-sourced info and commentary to current research and rollout of experimental mind reading technology, commonly known as BCI or BCI-AI.
BCI-AI’s fundamental flaws are two: 1) targeted brain treatment areas cannot be separated from each other– leaving remote computer access to the whole brain. 2) testing is so fragile, as subjects cannot control or reclaim computer-extracted data.
These facts did not deter the FDA from approving Elon Musk’s Neuralink from beginning human clinical trials for its forehead microchip technology. This just as AI industry leaders, the U.S. government and the public debate AI. Risky and deadly technologies advance without adequate ethical regulations because public technology education is abysmal, and the technology being debated is powerful enough to shut down all debates.
There’s a major disconnect between what AI companies are doing and what they are calling for: very few Big Tech players oppose AI regulations now, and the reigning corporate ethos supports governmental regulation of AI technologies.
But do they really, and how much will regulations impact real-world daily tech company operations?
A critical public eye is cast on AI’s disruptive potential, but is it too late?
Extreme socio-political control and economic exploitation is facilitated by BCI-AI advancements. Yet we are told if AI is properly regulated, it can be beneficial; one convenient benefit includes the new wealth engendered by such a transformative technology.
“BCI-AI” is brain computer interface-artificial intelligence tech. Innerware accesses internal data extracted from the human body and feeds into various AI applications. Off the books experiments conducted in medicine, policing, education, and other applications, are now mainstreaming. Tech companies conducting these experiments– such as Musk’s Neuralink which could easily partner with chip manufacturer NVIDIA– seek public legitimation moving forward. Musk is now allowed to conduct clinical trials for his human microchip to the forehead system. What’s next? Innerware trial programs via school lunch?
The science is developed, but risks inherent in playing God with the human mind remain– and the companies know this well. Financial temptations to harness the tech first– i.e. Neuralink–will no doubt outweigh ethical constraints.
Emergency Ethics contends that Tech leaders (Gates, Bezos, Jobs-Cook, Zuckerberg, Page-Pichai, Musk…) already conduct unofficial BCI-AI applications to the tune of billions (Nike testing on the Uyghurs, for example?) How much BCI-AI wealth has already been accrued? How much of this wealth influences politics now?
How have recent years been shaped by the corporate-politics-technology nexus?
We can only speculate on how Donald Trump’s wealth is bound up in new controversial tech investments due to his longtime involvement in commodifying and exploiting bodies. Elon Musk defends Trump as of June 15, 2023 and allows DeSantis to use Twitter. Musk is far Right. They fight now, but will circle around the same vision (Reaganism meets Trump’s Agenda 47) ultimately.
It is EE’s contention that Donald Trump may be a lead investor and developer of highly controversial BCI-AI applications i.e. Dollhouse tech. These are the same applications that Musk seeks to mainstream after conducting human subject clinical trials. These are the specific developments that lead to the vacuous and sensationalistic media engagement with the “Horrors of AI.”
Speaking of horrors: The Forbes Billionaires 2023 list has the Arnault Fashion and Retail empire at #1. Musk is # 2 on the list. The Arnault fortune eclipses the Musk fortune for 2023, dominating a fashion/ retail industry Donald Trump is quite familiar with. His position in the Billionaires’ Club is #1217.
Barely a trivial position.
Paul Street’s “The Center Cannot Hold” argues against any trivialization of Trump’s politics– a “fairytale loaded with potential for mass slaughter and civil war.” Street analyzes Trump’s class and racial ressentiment mobilization against the rich and powerful radical left deep state elite as fascism. Trump mobilizes gender angst to his own political benefit through his image as a disciplinarian of women’s unruly bodies. In many ways, Trump’s sexism and misogyny have provided the exploitation formula he brings to the masses in his reproductive, policing/ prisons, labor, environment, immigration, and foreign policy. Conversely, Trump’s sexism, homophobia, xenophobia/racism, and disdain for poor people define his horrific sexual politics that diminish gender-based discrimination and rape/sexual assault/ harassment.
Trump received many votes because of what he does to women, and what he’s willing to do to women moving forward. As inner-control technologies (innerware) spread in the fashion/beauty/ (adult) entertainment (FBE) arena, technology shapes bodies as remote controlled and surveilled proprietary investments. Is Trump invested?
As Paul Street warns in Counterpunch, Trump has never revealed a limit to his own cruelty. Trump’s Agenda 47 “…includes a concerted, heavily-funded, and sophisticated and detailed policy agenda committed to the full authoritarian collapse of what’s left of democracy in the United States.”
Is part of this collapse new technologies– BCI-AI and other surveillance state hardware? Is Trump invested in the most controversial BCI-AI applications?
Upon Trump’s recent indictments, inquiring minds have many questions. The Capitol Riot surely could have used innerware in planning and execution. Legal cases– like that of E. Jean Carroll and Stormy Daniels– suggest these indictments are the tip of the iceberg. (I have speculated elsewhere that Harvey Weinstein may have innerware raped Governor Gavin Newsom’s wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom. The same can be speculated about Trump’s victims, including Carroll and Daniels.)
Innerware rape is when the victim is controlled or augmented remotely through computer access to the victim’s body and mind. The technology under discussion here (BCI-AI) is hereby interpreted as “Dollhouse Technology”, wherein BCI-AI augmentation combines with dangerous research and development protocols to advance disturbing and violent control goals.
In true to form entertainment industry style, Hollywood brought us (Joss Wheedon’s) The Dollhouse (2009), which warns about unbridled mind reading technology. MK Ultra style psych-ops, CIA-FBI-private underground ventures, and gangster capitalism all merge in a fiction that portends to become reality– hence the AI ethics debates today. If Trump’s vast financial ties include spyware-innerware, this could be his own private pet project and very difficult to research and access.
Is Donald Trump the real Rossum CEO? (Named “Clyde” twice in The Dollhouse series.)
An earth-shattering takeover of humanity through innerware (authoritarian control) is not just the stuff of science fiction authors. Instead, specific political groups, investment firms, governmental organizations and corporations actively pursue controlling technologies, harnessing them to available public discourses through various ideological mystifications. Sexual freedom, ecological resourcefulness, psychological health, spiritual healing. Patriarchal domination, too. Social organization cults are new formations linked to the most advanced technologies: secretive as they are. Innerware obliterates the line between self-defense and surveillance, and the outcome is today’s infamously violent and disaggregated social field and work world. Weaponized. Mechanized.
A possible Stepford Men’s Club-style situation within the transnational ruling class would not be easy to describe or trace. What is traceable is fake news and conspiracy theories about beta kitten programming, which does not illuminate the technology, who owns it, and how to detect it.
We can only speculate.
Billionaire private pet projects are extremely difficult to access due to their unethical, off the books, and highly controversial status. Unethical activities undergird the recent discussion of AI and Ethics in the mainstream and progressive media– from Sundar Pichai (Google)’s sleepless nights to Naomi Klein’s criticism of big techie “hallucinations.”
As everyone under the sun weighs in on AI ethics controversies, Naomi Klein warns of the dangers of unbridled tech development. Regarding Generative AI, which produces ChatGPT-style content (propaganda?), she writes:
“There is a world in which generative AI, as a powerful predictive research tool and a performer of tedious tasks, could indeed be marshaled to benefit humanity, other species and our shared home. But for that to happen, these technologies would need to be deployed inside a vastly different economic and social order than our own, one that had as its purpose the meeting of human needs and the protection of the planetary systems that support all life.”
A “vastly different economic and social order than our own” is necessary to support AI’s data-generating capabilities without manufacturing electoral consent or destroying private lives with misinformation and rumors. But guess what? We don’t have that “vastly different” order.
In a recent Counterpunch essay on “Morality and Artificial Intelligence”, Thomas Klikauer describes the state of AI research as “semi-criminal”:
“Besides the semi-criminal side of big tech corporations that create AI, perhaps one might not get too worried about super-intelligent machines that can bypass human beings. Surprisingly, many of those working in AI are “not” greatly worried about super-intelligent machines.”
They know something we don’t. Since AI researchers debate intelligent machines controlling the future of labor relations they should also consider the rise of sexual machines controlling the future of gender and all social relations. The building of Super-Sexy Machines (the other side of the coin of the AI soldier) is an inevitable focus as BCI-AI progresses. We already see this in the rise of young “Dollhousey” media pundits and politicians. A glimpse at the Forbes Billionaire list suggests a New Dollhouse Economy built by the Innerware Billionaires is afoot.
Come to think of it: How do Arnault’s LVMH and Musk’s Tesla rule the global economy?
Fashion-Beauty-Entertainment (FBE) industry needs are so highly compatible with BC-AI innerware technology accessing inner biometric data that it is easy to imagine the tech taking off and becoming part of new industry standards. Microchips/ implants for mind/dream reading and physical augmentation, all from inside, are dangerous due to remote control capabilities and the techy learning curve. Brains become hackable; minds are erased easily– a la Wheedon’s The Dollhouse.
“It’s time for your treatment.”
Innerware (microchips and implants connected to external computers) is most immediately compatible with the high-security nuclear; lab privatization aids innerware development. It is also an attractive prospect for highly competitive multi-billion dollar industries, like FBE. BCI-AI’s innerware tech will transform traditional athleticism. If steroids in sports bothered you, imagine remote controlled power speeding up tennis serves. In tennis, coaches could not communicate with players until set breaks. Imagine the lure of inner communication on the court! Remote communication will be conducted via microchipped subjects each networked into their own distraction or immediate application.
Remote government and corporate access to people’s minds and bodies is the issue here. Whitney Webb makes a strong argument for the centrality of the blackmail tactic among sex traffickers like Jeffrey Epstein. Add to this Epstein’s risky technology investments and it would be a no-brainer to develop innerware: a technology compatible with the sex industry and compatible with blackmail operations. Blackmail uses physical- mental-emotional-religious-spiritual coercion. Innerware accesses inside thoughts, dreams, feelings: the better to blackmail you with! Here the terms “innerware” and “spyware” intersect. Here the new cults like NXIVM have understandable origins in late capitalist malaise mediated by transformative tech.
Beyond experimental cults, we have the culture industry’s eerie compatibility with tech violation. FBE industries will market inner grooming tech as a practical career move. FBE’s future will include tech that “innerchats” beautiful young budding models into skipping dessert or convinces adult entertainment actresses to swallow implants so their wrinkles can disappear. Again, as innerware mainstreams, FBE industries will be prime players due to compatibility.
Needless to say, a deep financial exclusiveness accompanies the new AI fake news media’s superficial inclusivity–a diversification of surface appearances to mask an homogenizing AI Gold Rush. This is a primitive accumulation stage of data acquisition reconstitutive of the usual socio-economic hierarchies with expanded wealth.
This primitive accumulation is described here as “New Innerware Billionaires.”
Welcome to The Dollhouse
Given industry compatibility and Trump’s crossover with reality TV, pornography, and beauty pageant companies, it’s almost as if the burden lies on Trump to prove he is not involved in BCI-AI tech. Even if he isn’t directly involved, can he deny knowledge of illegal underground tech activity in FBE/ beauty pageant land? This is guilt by association.
Steroids are to sports now what innerware will be to fashion-entertainment. Or stranger yet: will we uncover an innerware conspiracy lurking in industrial shadows for decades? How new is the tech?
How deep are Trump’s ties to experimental, risky and even deadly technologies?
Given temptations in BCI-AI development, SexTech has led AI down a “less intelligent” path and vice versa. Experts may be less worried about “super-intelligent machines” that “bypass human beings”, but hybrid human-machine experimentation (Welcome to The Dollhouse!) may already be funded by the deep state. FOR. MANY. PURPOSES.
Now they speak of ethics?
Since technology information is near impossible to access, new cinema–although a poor substitute here– directs and misdirects in informative ways.
Recent cinema gives us ideas about BCI-AI mind control/ alteration tech causing pliability in gender/ sexual, racial/ ethnic, or economic hierarchies. Acquiescence. Docile bodies programmed for spying and other activities. An expansion of the Stepford Men’s Club vision. To achieve this, The Dollhouse displays implanted/innerwared subjects (dolls/actives/ agents/ employees) easily manipulated by their caregivers’ or handlers’ surveillance-treatment bureaucracy. (Paradise Hills provides another spin on Dollhouse Tech.) Innerware programming, delivered by specialists while dolls are tilted back in dream-like states, wipes away old memories and installs or programs new identities. The tech spreads and becomes more common, but with that, more dangerous. It’s also likely to be much more streamlined than the clunky debris depicted in so many science fiction films today.
Individual programs (human brains) can be wiped out instantaneously. New programs can be installed. Companies can trade innerware cases, even changing individuals’ courses midstream.
The Dollhouse warns of an epic conflict, as mind-programming erasure moves from tilted chairs to microchip guns. In the video Writing on the Wall (WOTW), Iron Maiden shows people warring with erasure guns inside a cave-like desert arena. (See my article “Iron Devices.”) This video even alludes to a social game or experiment (i.e. Squid Game). Real tests have been conducted off the books: do you really think Musk waited for the FDA to approve his testing? The CIA conducted widescale socio-cultural experiments including cult and drug design. Today, CIA tech spreads in social media, gaming, media/ art, and medical/legal/ education spaces.
Ethics protecting human sovereignty are urgent, but I would not trust a Musk or Pichai to deliver on that. Musk seeds money to Future of Life Institute for public relations purposes. If this Institute is seeking to steer ethical debates about risky tech, the fact of Musk’s involvement casts a dark shadow on ethical and democratic proceedings. His recent inclusion of Ron DeSantis onto Twitter revealed Musk’s political agenda. The White House effort to engage Big Tech in discussions proves futile in the face of already existing achievements and consolidations of power and capital.
Something horrific has already happened.
Surveillance-based technologies have shifted labor, policing, education and general social relations. Just as the very substance required for intellectual retention –unhacked brain matter– is itself endangered do we witness ethical attention to the issue of brains hacked with chips/implants/ devices– rubbed away by technological applications unthinkable decades ago.
The mind erasure condition is itself a form of “post-ideology.” An April 2022 Vanity Fair article on Peter Thiel’s New Right catches how post-ideology shapes the Big Tech workforce: ideas are less important than hardware. Content is subordinated to delivery in device-fetish triumphalism. The ethos of scientific experimentation and innovation and wonder supports a white collar criminal climate of high disposability. Murder. Have you seen Devs? Shades of Google.
We can spend forever describing today’s tech (and watch shows like Black Mirror/ read novels like Overthrow) but analyzing its impacts is difficult. Instead, assume a social transformation was already ushered in by rampant technologies. The morose undertone of shows like Succession catch the feeling of uneasy consciences. There’s a disconnect playing out on all levels of the caste-like tech system we inhabit. From castles to tents to concrete, a profound suspension of collective reality is afoot. QAnon exploits meaning’s vacuum. Criminal markets trading in device weaponry and biometric data– yes, biopiracy– abound now. The disinformation is coming from online, devices, and innerware inside people. Don’t forget mind-controlling social experiments are buried in the more routine tech projects– like ID 2020– that sought to microchip all refugees for their own security.
(The child, woman, prisoner, and refugee are likely candidates for being security state innerware test subjects.)
Now that the socio-political arena is thoroughly tech colonized, endorsements of EU tech regulatory standards for the U.S. fall on cynical ears, but endorsements keep coming because something horrific has already happened.
On April 17, 2023 The Guardian published an interview with Google Chief Executive Sundar Pichai as he jumps on the Great Bandwagon of Human Concern. He gave a bizarre interview to The Guardian which begs to be analyzed in more detail elsewhere. The piece has him warning the public of AI, which is so threatening it requires nuclear industry level regulations– he argues. The problem is: nukes regulates itself since Bush II era lab privatization.
Nuke lab privatization undermines industry security at every turn. A key AI player, Pichai’s awareness of possible industry harms are so extensive they keep him “up at night.” But he keeps it vague. Really– you can’t sleep, but you lead Google?
Google was a rude awakening for those coming of age in the multicultural and progressive 90’s. Bill and Monica jokes, dead end po-mo theory debates, deconstruction of identity and environmental activism all took hold at the same time. General cynicism about totalizing gestures, grand narratives, and false universals dominated. It was understood avoiding generalizations about “human”– including the sovereign subject of classical western political theory– was a prerequisite for any relevant thought. Ecological thought complicates this “humanism” and rejects it as anthropocentric and speciesist. Transhumanism grows out of this general project of rethinking human– it just happens to grow into techno-fascism. Trump’s techno-fascism, to be sure.
Ethical AI will try to draw the new human-machine line in policy only. Machinery first colonized land through nuclear tech and it encroaches into the human body (innerware), sometimes involuntarily, leaving us truly terrified in the manner Pichai only hints at, alongside brave tech pundits and entertainment/ art/ academia. The distinction of human (vs. machine) becomes paramount. Legal claims become necessary. Ethical committees become necessary. Protests become necessary.
Recall again the reference to the po-mo/ identity politics 90’s, when modernity’s unified subject inspired reams of counter-hegemonic tracts–Black, female, queer, socialist. Here, Google’s historically flawed capitalist colonization model relied on an exhausted (white/ European/ hetero-masculinist/ propertied) human as subject. Then, after much employee organizing and public activism, new models represent socio-economic differences: Black, female, etc. The Obama era set the stage for a tech-compatible multicultural neoliberalism: an Intersectional Imperialism.
What are recent White House and congressional financial investments in Big Tech schemes and how is the classified docs conflict related?
This is where classical liberals, neoliberals and the Right all coalesce– technology. Ideology is one way to bond and technology use– from gadgets to investment portfolios– now further cements social ties. Sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s Black Book reveals the non-partisan/ bipartisan nature of his financial circles: the uber-rich and famous gather together past political partisanism and corporate battles.
Shareholders all.
Fraternal orders, with eternal blood oaths, echo as an organizational model for the billionaire club culture that overlaps with risky tech ventures. The alt-Right was made from this historical situation of new techno-social dis/aggregations.
Billionaire Innerware
From criticism of sweatshops and labor practices stateside to drug and sex conspiracies, Les Wexner’s empire is emblematic of a billionaire innerware culture shared with Trump. The Wexner fiefdom includes Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works and The Limited, and is listed as #425 (on the Forbes Billionaires List 2023) at $6 billion.
How much of the billionaires’ fortunes is innerware?
Even if Trump opposes a ruthless industrial application of innerware in highly compatible target industries, there’s growing proof nanotech hardware, sold as subdermal weapons, is a growing option. Weapons violating the human skin line make a new humanistic legal subject necessary, which is why so many po-mo era theoretical debates about “human” now seem futile if they don’t acknowledge tech mediation issues. (Donna Haraway gave us “cyborg feminism”: double-sided for its positive ability to recognize existing mediations and its negative ability to reify existing and future technologies.)
The need to identify and avoid certain technologies or their symptoms is not aided by word play; hardware requires a material, even corporeal, emphasis. Context is paramount because tech is problematic in different ways. There’s runaway tech, where users encounter unexpected results from tech. There’s also involuntary tech. People may or may not know they have innerware installed. This is, of course, due to runaway technology. People can voluntarily participate in tech social experimentation assuming every other participant has volunteered. Don’t assume hacked bodies have volunteered to be hacked.
Since BCI-AI’s inneware is so risky, as both runaway and involuntary tech, AI Abolition proves logical. So many victims are poor, Indigenous, Black and Brown, female and/ or LGBTQ+. A moratorium favoring humans, not machines– anything that stalls BCI-AI development– is necessary. A low-fi lifestyle is helpful. An unplugged weekend…
Today, the paradox of returning to a bourgeois masculinist/ European political concept like “individual sovereignty” is overshadowed by the urgency to regulate-abolish violent ControlTech.
Further speculation: in Agenda 47, Trump calls for the death penalty for human traffickers, but his tech investments and deep military and police ties result in his guilt by association. When the body is immediately threatened by remote control, pain, the threat of trafficking and enslavement– loss of control– is a serious possibility. It is easier to traffick docile and harmed bodies. To use a word like “sovereignty” today is a legal strategy to wrestle back, punish, and regulate tech that Trump is no stranger to. No one can thus far regulate tech, as we watch Pichai and Musk occupy the “ethical leaders of the virtualized free world” mantle, and Presidents hem and haw in the face of such daunting, well, power…
Just like in nuclear weapons development, it gets easier for the tech colonizers as time passes. Pichai likens AI’s danger to nuclear era ignorance and risk. The Plutonium Files describes how an elite group of early scientists trafficked plutonium in unsafe containers, accidentally spilling and eating it, too. Cancer spread, and many diseases and conditions followed the earliest nuclear experiments and explosions.
In just the same manner that Plutonium Files describes the nuclear industry’s ignored victims, mind control and innerware testing– psych ops via MK ULTRA, nongovernmental, and corporate programs– is collecting its own cache of victims. Many are women, with children to follow.
Illegal implants/ microchips/ devices circulating in people’s bodies are inherently difficult to trace and treat medically. The Targeted Individual (TI) phenomenon attests to electronic harassment as a growing problem. Jordan Peele’s cinematic oeuvre affirms the same Black/ Brown/poor/ gendered bodies get targeted generation upon generation for psych testing, other virtualizations, and medical ailments. The world is awash in BCI-AI transformation: if the Singularity doesn’t pan out, a solid state of AI Generality is expected! Agenda 47 revealed to the world! Reaganites dance on Marxist professors’ graves!
When not battling with Marx’s ghost, this innerware world uses a military-originated technology for training soldiers/ cops and citizens. It has no credibility as having socially progressive attributes among enlightened test subjects and users. The dream-wish of AI Morality seems to have disappeared with moral outrage against the War on Terror (Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib) and the U.S. prison boom. On the spectrum of torture to enjoyment there is the seemingly endless river of devices and gadgets: the same tech can pleasure and torture, so beware. Many know our hands are already bloody; some live awash in blood, pragmatically.
Where morality flies out the window, emergency ethics (dialectical and context-based) fly in. If death was bureaucratized under Hitler and WWII generally, then functionalized as entertainment by Hollywood, it is now accelerated and obfuscated through remote access via illegal innerware systems, the latest spyware, and surveillance tech. This is a virtual fascist field day normalized through media-entertainment, politics, medicine-science, sports, religion, labor and commodities markets, etc.
Tech transformation/ techno-fascist disruption, has social media’s dominance covering over a mass grave of data, money, and trafficked bodies. People, directors and viewers, turn to cinema to express frustration with socio-political censorship on the mind control issue. This same New Digital Cinema is awash in labor struggles impacted by virtualization and tech control themes. The Dollhouse and newer Severance series feature brain experimentation-labor themes. Both feature awkward brain surgery and implant machinery for remote viewing and control.
Does art imitate life or life imitate art?
John Kendall Hawkins describes that Australian Synchron’s trademarked stentrode “…picks up ‘data’ from the brain that is then able to communicate instructions to a computer by means of thoughts-only. BCI tech extracts thoughts and feelings– feeding into the AI machinery research and development for machine, emotional, language, generative and other data learning. BCI tech connects human brains to computers. How will the tech impact organic brain matter? Links between BCI and AI should be explained to a public starving for real technology education. Instead, disinformation and film substitute for technology education. This is an effort to consolidate available information and ideas into a cohesive argument: a springboard towards better public technology education.
Although Hollywood, censored by Pentagon regulations, entertains through poetic license, ideas continually advanced by shows like The Dollhouse and Stepford Wives 1 and 2 entertain with the idea of various human/woman-machine combinations. Hollywood primes the public for BCI-AI and covers over the real power dynamics making daily life a struggle and nearly unlivable. The focus here is Trump, so gender is paramount, as this tech is compatible with Trump’s control agenda.
The mind control theme of programming and recording human behavior/thought/ emotion/ dreaming is compatible with Hollywood’s voracious appetite for sexual, fluffy/distracting and sadistic content, while also serving more serious militaristic and civilian applications through real mind-body control innovations. Advanced BCI systems sold by Synchron and Neuralink themselves now jump into the morality/ ethics debates after a near tectonic shift has already occurred in human-machine interplay.
Involuntary surgeries can include installing unwanted implants and devices. Involuntary surgery victims can also be involuntarily microchipped and trafficked. A criminal justice system may be able to identify them and track them upon an encounter. NXIVM’s branding victims could also have been set up as tech guinea pigs for chips and devices– for example.
Many have already chosen the utilitarian route supporting dystopian and invasive surveillance tech because they were allowed into some early investment schemes now considered illegal or “semi-legal.” Then you get invited to a party, you should have turned in earlier… No one’s themselves anymore. Why? Because of guilty finances. Money acquisition by any means necessary. Even more pathetic is the mere mentioning of morality/ ethics/ regulations/ limits is all people have against the incursions and violations. Dystopia is weaponized and warring underground innerware factions.
Surveillance and privacy violations became daily life– paranoia compatible with RNC and DNC fundraising playbooks. QAnon and Pizzagate-style conspiracy represents a political climate transformed by technology– some would say violently. Call it corporate greed: call it government corruption. Call it spyware campaigns. Call it electoral fraud. Call it investment schemes. Call it social media advertising blunders.
Mega (Group) Meets MAGA and Makers
While personalization of the financial class is a distraction, it’s important to speculate on key financial groups already making decisions (akin to Gates and Bezos’ endorsement of Synchron’s BCI) to support “the semi-criminal side of big tech corporations.” They have already created one mass human privacy violation of students’/prisoners’/patients’ data. Edward Snowden exposed a phone/ desktop spying scandal to tell us about surveillance and info theft. The Makers movement was supposed to educate on new science and tech, but instead was mainstreamed, leaving a public without independent tech education and news.
If the next level is thought and dream theft, then BCI companies are preparing well to lead.
People into mind-erasing and reprogramming tech view bodies as empty portals ( or meat): passive material awaiting objective downloaded content. Conversely, the discourse of morality/ ethics requires and reproduces subjective intentionality which presumes physical-mental autonomy/sovereignty. The basis of morality/ethics (regulation) is undermined by BCI-AI because morality presumes autonomous/sovereign bodies commanding their own intentions– which AI thwarts through interfacing brains with computers.
AI can’t be moral-ethical: morality would have to be programmed.
Thomas Klikauer concludes the two are mutually exclusive: AI and Morality. AI has done and continues to do many things. The world is now awash in complex systemic layers dependent on advanced machine technologies. Decades of experimentation reveal AI consistently failed to replicate exact mental models. This at a time when nuke labs are developing advanced innerware systems because of employee security concerns. On that note, humanity now has enough grey goo to drown in– if anyone cares.
Is this the stuff of Trump’s (or Biden’s) classified documents cache? What Kilkauer spells out about AI applies to BCI tech, too. The quirks– creativity, spontaneity, free will and autonomy– are all washed away by electrodes and remote controls. If the goal is human mutuality and cooperation for survival, BCI-AI still presents too many snags to go forward without controversy, despite advanced endovascular and genetic research.
Paralysis and advanced neurological and genetic conditions can be aided by BCI-AI, but the medical and social costs are high. For example, the stentrode and other innerware may access biological and thought-feeling data beyond what it targets. How can privacy be guaranteed and data protected?
Biopiracy is an inevitable threat in the emerging BCI medical application arena. If nanoparticles conducting data lifts in your veins sound good, this is for you! (Why else would Trump be interested in pharma manufacturing if not for nanoparticle wealth’s lure!)
Despite our fearful Tech leaders’ recent concerns and warnings, as BCI-AI tech advances, nothing horrible has been prevented. The AI March, the AI Windfall, the AI Gold Rush continues… The AI Zombies are attacking their creators…
Dreaded mind control (the penultimate violation) imminently emerges from “neutral” mind reading. (Imagine a fascist and a liberal debating mind control!) Debates and ethical/ practical implications aside, a crisis-prone public is indoctrinated in Big Tech’s terms of engagement. A spate of ethical recommendations are contended with almost after the fact.
Ethics is an afterthought to the mass profits already amassed by Big Tech’s incursion into human privacy and corporeal colonization.
Unregulated goo spews forth as BCI research is accepted. A “cyborg” is defined as a blended creature comprised of organic and mechanical materials. Differentiations among degrees of hybridity and originating human status are important now: biological identities casting shadows on earlier versions of the same identity-origins ideologies. Only now human vs. nonhuman is foregrounded.
A baby born with a complete set of human DNA can be innerwared, virtualized, trafficked, traded– undergoing any number of body modifications to achieve the “cyborg” or “robot” status. They have old memories and sensations remaining after augmentation. They are augmented or hacked humans.
A pile of hardware and wires can combine with human organic matter to achieve the status of “cyborg” or “robot” status. They are given memories and experience artificial sensations like an organic human. They are humanized machines.
The sex industry might favor augmented humans, while the military might not mind humanized machines. Something for everyone.
Programs (CIA, FBI, and The Dollhouse’s Rossum style companies) promote humanized machinery and involuntary human augmentation despite the popularizing idea of AI Ethics. Even when tech engagement is voluntary, users can be overwhelmed by untold unpredictable side effects and psycho-social developments.
Humanities and Arts abstractly thrive at vague “interfaces of human and machine” but communities thrive less readily if targeted for BCI-AI game experiments undergone for financial and scientific gain. Spyware is one thing and innerware adds further unthinkable violences.

Art/ (adult)entertainment, health/ medicine, and BCI-AI tech companies thrive in confusing mixed message environments. The universal human body model undergirds general tech research. It has derailed progress in facial recognition and eye scanning tech progress because socio-cultural differences did not shape programming.
It appears one way AI is discriminatory is that programmers use white, male, and able-bodied models as the norm; this results in inherent bias and misreadings. Harvard University’s “Racial Discrimination in Facial Recognition Technology” states:
“Face recognition algorithms boast high classification accuracy (over 90%), but these outcomes are not universal. A growing body of research exposes divergent error rates across demographic groups, with the poorest accuracy consistently found in subjects who are female, Black, and 18-30 years old.”
Race, age, and gender based accuracy from an invasive surveillance technology disinterested in fairness is a hard sell. Underrepresented in data for AI models, yet overrepresented in the bunk and junk “criminal data”, especially images, feeding AI info systems, whole groups are set up for failure by new technologies.
Harvard University reports on the serious situation:
“Black people are overrepresented in mugshot data, which face recognition uses to make predictions. The Black presence in such systems creates a feed-forward loop whereby racist policing strategies lead to disproportionate arrests of Black people, who are then subject to future surveillance.”
Here EE argues for a Reluctant Humanism; we need humanism for a legal and ethical human-machine border closure. The reluctance comes from employment of a concept (humanism) with a troubled legacy. All human movements rely on some notion of human or other.
Tech violations are so extreme we need a sovereign human lacking device augmentation or innerware as a legal standard We also need human rights for involuntarily tech augmented individuals. When industrial food production includes a steady supply of innerware, it will be too late.
Is Innerware Everywhere?
Innerware will quickly spread like cell phone tech did. It will be everywhere if it isn’t already. (Something horrific has already happened.)
Innerware is the general word for tech inside the body. It can gather info, treat an ailment, stimulate orgasm. The BCI “stentrode” brand name is Synchron’s name for its innerware tech. This tech specifically supports paralysis recovery. Bodies can also be erotically stimulated using electrodes, remote sound and communications can support mental health and connection, and creative and artistic applications are infinite. People want risky or experimental tech inside themselves and others for diverse– from criminal to creative–reasons: the joys and hazards of virtualization co-exist.
The emphasis here is on the most dangerous technologies. After all, the move to manufacture innerware for inner-surveillance and pre/policing– especially when pre/policing’s data will reflect the same racial overrepresentation found in mugshots and prisons themselves–exhausts innerware’s attractive applications.
The Dollhouse experiment—including Super-Sexy Machines luring the independent left in with promises of easy money and infinite sexual variety– supports sadistic butchery of humans to supply bodies to Hollywood, the FBE industries, the porn industry, the CIA, the Pentagon, Department of Defense and all military/ weapons branches, private mercenary groups– whoever’s paying.
Trump’s involvement is the question here.
